I've been a Northern Michigan bred professional cook and foodie since the late 70's and I've spent the other half of my career working in the mountain resort towns of the American Southwest. It is very exciting to see the growth of the culinary scene in the Traverse city area and I hope it continues to move north to us. We have the same beauty and bounty in the Petoskey / Harbor Springs area. [see Boyne]
