Nestled along the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan sits the truly unique town of Charlevoix, where A Matter of Taste is located. We specialize in culinary baked goods and cuisine using only the freshest ingredients. One of our main focuses is our sugar free and low fat line of baked goods, which is a style of baking using fructose, European sugar free chocolate, and all natural ingredients to bring out the flavor, without sacrificing flavor.
Chef Ginny, a culinary graduate, uses many of the local favorite ingredients including fresh fish from John Cross Fisheries, dried cherries, etc.
Try our low fat delicious addictive granola, or entrees using recipes acquired during our world travel, and the most scrumptious baked goods your mouth has ever experienced.
