Cooking Live! Unique Holiday Hors D’oeuvres

Grand Traverse Resort & Spa offers a new yearlong series of monthly live cooking demonstrations in Aerie Restaurant & Lounge on the 16th Floor of the Resort's Tower. Tonight's focus is on "Unique Holiday Hors D'oeuvres."
The demonstrations are approximately 45 minutes in length and will give guests the ability to listen, watch, and learn a variety of cooking techniques from award-winning Executive Chef Ted Cizma and his culinary staff.
