Great Lakes ~ Great Chefs

Chef Harlan "Pete" Peterson has assembled some of the finest culinary talent from Northern Michigan to collaborate on a unique meal to benefit the Great Lakes Culinary Institute. Great Lakes ~ Great Chefs features these great chefs of Northern Michigan:

  • Jennifer Blakeslee, Wellington Street Market, Traverse City
  • Randy Chamberlain, Blu, Glen Arbor
  • Guillaume Hazael-Massieux, La Becasse,Maple City
  • Tommy and Marit Kaszubowski, Cava of Bay Harbor, Chandler's of Petoskey
  • Eric Patterson, The Cooks' House, Traverse City
  • Michael Peterson, Siren Hall, Elk Rapids, and Lulu's Bistro, Bellaire
