NMC's Great Lakes Culinary Institute will hold an open house from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 16 for prospective students and their friends or family. Come check out all they have to offer, including:

• Culinary demonstrations
• Tours of our first-class facility on NMC's Great Lakes Campus, including kitchens and Lobdell's, the student-run teaching restaurant
• Career information, including their outstanding job placement record
• Academic options, including certificates and degrees
• General information about Northwestern Michigan College, dedicated culinary scholarships and financial aid

Culinary chef instructors and students will be on hand to answer questions and discuss your career plans personally.
