Food for Thought is Business of the Year
A belated hats off to Food for Thought, Inc., which was named Business of the Year 2007 by the Benzie County Chamber of Commerce in October.
The selection committee was impressed with Food for Thought's "Green Cuisine" events, and cited several other attributes that more than qualified the business for this recognition. Timothy Young, founder and president, has been a champion of "green" and regional thinking. In an age of going overseas for products and labor, Food For Thought is showing individuals and businesses in the greater regional area that buying and producing locally is not only good - but good business. Congratulations to Timothy and the rest of the folks at Food for Thought for a well-deserved honor!
Why not support their efforts by sending one of their many delicious gifts?
