Birch Point Farm offers up awesome CSA newsletter

You've got to check out the newsletter Marty Heller and Michelle Ferrarese posted this week for their Birch Point Farm CSA shareholders. To say it rocks is an understatement! They even make me want to buy radishes, which has always been a veggie that I didn't mind passing by. Apparently, the secret is salt, or as they say "salt is a radish-taster's friend." One totally local snack idea they include that I want to try is toasted Pleasanton Brick Oven Bakery bread with melted Leelanau Raclette with salted radishes piled generously on top. I bet it'd be awesome on Crooked Tree Breadwork's Roasted Seed Bread too.
